The Low Carbon Contracts Company Ltd are a government-owned entity that exists to mobilise private sector investment in secure, low-carbon energy. The Company has a vision to accelerate the delivery of Net Zero.

Business Need

LCCC sought a comprehensive training solution to equip its leaders and managers with the foundational skills necessary for an effective coaching approach to leadership. A team of senior leaders had also been identified as designated mentees within the Company’s Graduate scheme at Low Carbon Contracts Company.

The chosen approach was a dynamic two-day training programme designed to cover essential coaching principles, competencies, and approaches.
